Find Out How We Can HelpWhat is counselling for?
Counselling is a talking therapy that helps people when they are experiencing difficult and persistent problems in their life. Many things pass and we start to feel better, but if you’re struggling with something and can’t seem to resolve it yourself, counselling can help. It could be something you’re going through now or something that happened in the past that you need to talk about. Counselling provides a confidential and safe space in which you will be supported while you unpack your thoughts and feelings.
