Our counsellors provide sessions via phone or Zoom, giving them the flexibility to work the hours they choose.

Group supervision and check-in sessions along with our buddy system mean you’re never alone in your work, there’s always someone to talk to.

All our counsellors have a minimum of a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, are registered with their chosen professional counselling body and have appropriate professional insurance.

Most of our counsellors trained in the Person-Centred Approach and we welcome counsellors from other modalities to help meet a diversity of client needs.

Most of our counsellors follow the Person Centred Approach.  We also have integrated therapists who incorporate aspects of CBT, psychodynamic and other models as appropriate.
