Helping you look after your people

Good people are hard to find. They are more likely to thrive, be productive and stay in an organisation where they feel valued and cared for. Clerestory Counselling can help by providing ongoing support to promote better mental and emotional wellbeing, along with rapid access to counselling to help them get back on track if they are having a tough time.

We’ll help you get the right support, quickly

Once you’ve decided that you want to see a counsellor, one of the most difficult things is finding the right person to help; it can be hard to know where to start. With Clerestory we do all that for you.
Here’s how it works…

Regular check-ins

Simply being asked how you’re doing can make a big difference. Taking a moment to pause and notice how you’re feeling is an important step in monitoring and managing your emotional health and wellbeing. We conduct regular check-ins, with the option to book a 30-minute download session if someone feels they need additional support.

Help to build resilience

Clerestory helps people find tools and techniques that work for them to help manage their mental and emotional wellbeing, manage stress and spot when they are struggling and may need extra help. Everyone’s different: what helps one person might be completely useless for another, so we help people build their own strategies to support their wellbeing.

Fast access to therapeutic support

When things get tough, it might be time to start talking. When you partner with Clerestory you’ll be able to provide your employees with rapid access to professional, therapeutic support. You’ll know exactly who to call if you’re worried about someone – including if the person you’re worried about is you.
